Adult individual counseling is provided on a weekly or as needed basis By licensed therapist. The therapy staff works closely with case management and the Doctor's clinic to ensure a continuum of services and address the individual treatment needs of the consumer.

This program provides psychological rehabilitation for up to ten adults with serious mental illness in a short-term residential program. Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services contracts with Mojave Adult, Child and Family Services to provide services for the residents who no longer require inpatient services, but continue to need structure and supervision before other community living arrangements will be successful. Residents live in this community program for up to 120 days while preparing to transition to more independent community placement. This program serves as an alternative to hospitalization for those patients who may be having difficulty adjusting to a community placement and need a short-term structured setting prior to reintegration. The goals are to improve independent living skills and reduce the number of hospital admissions.
